The Art Of Cakes.

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and in 2016 I moved to Phoenix with my husband and our two kids in search of better opportunities. Just one month after settling in, it was my husband’s birthday and I decided to surprise him with a homemade three tiered Texas sports teams cake. I thought it would be easy turns out, it was anything but! What I envisioned as a smooth project turned into an all-day challenge, and I worried I had ruined his only gift. To my surprise, he loved the cake anyway!  That moment sparked something in me, I became determined to practice, improve, and perfect every part of cake-making, from mixing batter and whipping buttercream to sculpting fondant and, my favorite part, decorating.

Fast forward eight years, and what started as a birthday challenge has grown into my greatest passion. Today, I get to share that love by creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind custom cakes that are as delicious as they are memorable.

Every detail, from the rich buttercream to the smooth fondant, is made completely from scratch. My goal is to create cakes that taste just as amazing as they look.
